Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on our website and in Easy App Mail Launcher.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Apps don’t use browser cookies, but they use similar tools: software development kits (SDKs) and device identifiers that recognise your phone.
Our website
Our website is a simple static site. It sets no cookies, and it runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, so there is no cookie banner. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads, under Google’s privacy policy. Our host may keep standard server logs for security.
The App
| Technology | Provided by | What it is used for |
|---|---|---|
| Firebase Analytics | Measuring how the App is used. Uses the App’s Android ID and Firebase’s app instance ID. | |
| Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring | Crash reports, and timing of app start-up and network requests. | |
| Firebase Remote Config and Cloud Messaging | Adjusting App settings without an update, and delivering notifications. The messaging token stays on your phone. | |
| Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) | Showing and measuring ads, and personalising them where you allow it. Uses your advertising ID. | |
| User Messaging Platform | Asking for and remembering your ad consent choice where the law requires it. |
The content of your emails, your contacts and what you type in search are never sent to these tools. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of what Firebase receives.
Your controls
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads. See Do Not Sell or Share for step-by-step help.
- Ad consent: where required, the App asks before showing personalised ads. To change your choice later, contact us.
- Browser cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website does not use any.
You can also learn about interest-based ads at the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices.
Changes
If we add cookies to the website or change the tools in the App, we will update this page and its date.
