Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Your right to opt out
We do not sell your email, your contacts or your files, and Gmail data is never used for advertising.
Easy App Mail is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect your phone’s advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device information and your interactions with ads. Some US state privacy laws, such as those of California and Virginia, may treat this as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or as targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out.
How to opt out
1. Delete your advertising ID. This stops apps on your phone, including Easy App Mail, from using it for personalised ads. You will still see ads, but they will be less tailored to you. On most Android phones:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Privacy, then Ads. On some phones this is under Google > Ads, or Security & privacy > More privacy settings > Ads.
- Tap Delete advertising ID, then confirm.
If a new advertising ID is created later, you may need to do this again.
2. Ask us. Email appdevelopmentlab57@gmail.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line. An authorised agent can make the request for you.
3. Our website. The website sets no cookies and runs no ad or analytics scripts, so there is nothing to opt out of there.
